Growing up a kid in the 80's, G.I. Joe was probably one of most watched cartoons for most of us boys. So, I was geeked to find out it would be released in "grown-up," "real person" format. The trailer looked good, but the reviews were mixed, so I tried to keep an open mind. I peeped a matinee showing with my boy Chris and was pleasantly suprised. Good movie, lots of action and cool stuff to see. What I liked most about the flick was the characters' history/development. As expected, the acting would be doo doo.
